Bert van Spronsen

consulting and training.
Bert van Spronsen is an independent Consultant providing Consulting, Training and Facilitation. Bert was previously Director: Organizational Development for IMS Health for Asia Pacific, responsible for the training and development of all staff within IMS Health in APAC, with particular focus on commercial effectiveness, consulting and client engagement. Bert has also gained invaluable experience, insight and experience in the Consulting field, forming part of the leadership team with IMS, both in a local and global capacity.
In his training and facilitation role, his primary focus is ensuring that the theory taught and facilitated is implemented. He has a passion for clients, ensuring that all knowledge and skills are applied to achieve practical and effective solutions that meet client objectives.

Bert gained extensive experience of the Pharmaceutical industry in South Africa, the Netherlands and Australia, holding various senior sales and marketing positions with Schering Plough and AstraZeneca.
After 24 years in the Pharmaceutical industry, he joined Battaerd Mansley, a Consulting company focusing on commercial effectiveness. He established their first international business in South Africa. Within 2 years, he moved back to Australia as Chief Operating Officer expanding their global operation. He then became Consulting Country Principle for IMS Health Consulting & Services in Australia and New Zealand.
Bert completed formal training in Sales and Business Management and is an accredited Australian Trainer & Assessor and Belbin facilitator. Bert is a Member of the Australian Institute of Management (AIM) and the Australian Institute of Training & Development (AITD).
In July 2009 Neoteros Consulting formed a partnership with dtaWORLDWIDE. The partnership will not only expand the services offered by Neoteros Consulting, but also add significant opportunities to clients to build higher achieving teams, as a result of the innovative diagnosis, assessment, consultative and development tools that dta can offer clients.
